These are some macro shots of some super cool Easter eggs that my mom dyed! They're reminiscent of the terrain of alien planets: plateaus, craters, ice trails, canyons and polar regions.
And here, my fellow earthlings, is our home planet:
I saw the end of something probably a commercial where all these kids run into a field to find eggs and the wife says something like "You painted them Camouflage??!"
Those are fantastic- I dyed Easter eggs for the first time EVER this year, and mine did not turn out so pretty. They look (sadly) like a preschooler did them!
Lovely textures these create!
ReplyDelete"reminiscent of the terrain of alien planets". very apt! love them.
ReplyDeleteduh, just read this post and now i know your mama colored the eggs. these are brilliant!
