Alcatraz Island. The island is a beautiful sight sitting in the bay all by itself, and it's lovely to see on clear days and foggy mornings, but it's one of those tourist-y places that I have no great desire to visit. If I leave San Francisco without ever seeing it, I certainly won't regret it.
