I recently got some rolls of film developed and, unfortunately, I'm not very happy with the way most of them turned out. They seem rather dark and contrasty - I don't know if it was because of the camera (which I'd never used before), the expired film, or the way they were developed (at a place I'd never used before).
But there were a few gems, so I scanned them to share with you. These are from a weekend walk (circa Winter 2011) with my parents and our dog around Lake Lanier:
And some scenes from our front yard (yes, that's straw on the ground in the last picture; moles have completely ruined our yard, but it's looking better now that it's Spring):
